Woodstock Laundry has deep roots in Cape Town’s traditional fabric district, tracing back to 1979. As a family business, they still use generational skills to hand design and create their garments. They still make things the only way they know works: by hand and on the loom. Everything is created from scratch by Capetonian hands out of the purest natural fibres and nothing else - rest assured they’re made to last you a lifetime.
Artisinally hand-crafted with the environment in mind, each bespoke item is designed in house to be as comfortable as humanly possible. Light yet substantial, warm but breathable, cool but timeless, Woodstock Laundry will never compromise on comfort and their items will work their way into your heart becoming a comforting lifelong friend. Embodying the laid back spirit of Cape Town and the old school factory culture of London town, it’s time to support local industry, local artisans and to protect the legacy of clothing manufacture in Cape Town.
