To be fair the company does have a very progressive policy with profit sharing with employees and for that I gave them the extra star, otherwise it would have been a one.
The tea smells and tastes burnt and not in a nice way. It makes a weak insipid looking cup of tea with a strong bergamot flavour - but sadly it is too strong and leaves acrid notes in your mouth. All in all a very poor quality and not at all pleasant to drink.
