Just one cup in an hour I had to rush to the toilet, I was surprised looking at how weak it looks and not a strong taste compared to other green teas. Ive tasted more nicer detox teas but not so effective as this one here. Will highly recommend when you want to clean your tummy.

GREAT NATURAL DIURETIC AND EASES IBS

Very effective aid for a natural diuretic, I tend to retain a lot of water during pms and this tea worked wonders for me. It also aided in easing my IBS. The taste of green tea for me is not that tolerable but this blend is actually very nice
