An artisan tapenade made from the finest pickings of the carefully grown and organically fertilised Chaloner family farm, with succulent flavours of kalamata olives, capers and anchovy for a South African twist on this piquant specialty from Provence, France. Chaloner’s “Pieter Vlok” tapenade is an indulgent, heart healthy treat to add as a topping to pastas or even pizzas, or simply enjoyed spread on bread or crackers and is especially good with cheeses. This is a traditional French olive paste with the beloved homemade Chaloner taste that has only improved over the last 20 years.
