My only disappointment was to see that the container was only half full. A little deceiving to say the least. This container has 24 servings, and that is only about 3-4 days worth of the cleanse. You would have around 6-8 servings a day.
Other than that, the taste is great, I have constant energy. I am still exercising well. All in all, I would recommend it if you are happy to spend some money.14/04/2019, By ShayHighly recommended ! I did however experience harsh joint pain by the second day of the detox. I chose to detox over 4 days. If you can handle pain it shouldn’t be a problem. I did a 9 day cleanse and have never felt lighter, more energised and healthy. It was psychologically more difficult than physical, as it forces you to break routine eating habits where you eat for the sake of it. I lost 7 kilos and have kept 5kg off for the last couple of months. I only felt like clean eating afterwards, no more coffee or sugar!
