These are a superb gap-filler snack. Energy-giving, filling and yummy. Sweet but easy to eat if hungry/ not overly pudding-like. They come with identations to break into 3 pieces. Definitely try them if you need an on-the-go meal replacement, emergency snack supply in car or bag, travel or hiking etc!
