Which is what it does. But I went a step further and made mini pizzas out of the two bases. It was delicious. Both my daughter and I loved the taste and texture. I would recommend this premix! Easy to use. I just rolled it out between two sheets of cling wrap. Peel off and put onto a GF floured baking sheet to bake!
