The goji berry or wolfberry is creating a real stir at the moment. It is known as the fruit of longevity because like its red, cheery, bright appearance - it is traditionally believed that this little unassuming berry leads to a long, healthy and happy life. Just take the example of Li Qing Yuen. He is one of the most well-documented cases of extreme longevity known. He lived to the age of 252 years (1678-1930) and is said to have consumed goji berries daily. Many Chinese studies have since suggested that goji berries do have anti-ageing properties. After all it is one of the most nutritious and antioxidant-rich superfoods known to man.

I love this goji berries, tastes wonderful awesome to add into ur own snack bag mixture (thats what i do).
my mum even adds a tbsp of it into her bullet proof coffee, lol i know it sounds a bit crazy, but it works absolute wonders for her#55357;#56470;

A fantastic way to sweeten smoothies. I can add a really hardcore mix of powders and buts ect to the smoothies, but a handful of goji berries added also keeps my kids running back for more. Love the fact that they are so immune boosting too.
