Wonderful therapeutic value. I do feel, given that essential oils are subjected to oxidation from the airspace in a bottle...(as an aromatherapist, we are taught to decant oils into smaller bottles once the are getting lower in the bottle to reduce oxidation) I really think that the 2.5ml you get should be in that size bottle and not one that is double the size with all that air space to start off with!! I put it on my feet together with magnesium oil and cocoa butter and it's supposed to help me sleep, and also use it in a diffuser to calm me.
