It hurts and has no option to stimulate letdown

This hand pump has no option to stimulate let down, so you immediately just start pumping without a let down which has the result of very little milk coming out. And it really hurts very much when pumping. I went afterwords to test another prodoct's handpump and it did not hurt at all. This pump would not be my first choice to recommend.
