My cot menses has come back naturally without me using any extra hormones so excited this could be the start of something new....19/12/2017, By Nellie SI have started with perimenopause and found the hot flashes and sleepless nights rather annoying. This product has alleviated the hot flashes to almost nil and I find that I am sleeping much better. I have experienced a bit of breakout along my jaw and chin, but this seems to be improving now. I am on my second bottle of Vitex. Oh, when I do get the occasional period, I have no cramping, unlike before.
