Rose en Bos Mustard Bath Salts are made to honour the traditional Victorian Mustard Bath Recipe, using the original recipe to create a wonderful, natural way to ease inflammation, improve circulation and relieve muscle pain and flush out toxins. An essential oil based bath soak, the addition of eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils add extra healing to this mixture, helping to ease those troublesome aches and pains. Mustard baths are an English folk remedy that have long been used to treat colds and ‘flu, ease aching muscles and even help the body to sweat out toxins and fevers.

I indulge in my bath salts every single day... cant live without the soothing delicious salts!!! An absolute winner! I love the fact that it is not in a plastic container and I just refill my glass bottle!!!

Great scent but the packaging is not very pracyical and it made my bath water feel soapy .I would reccomemd health connection mustard bath instead.

I would have liked it to be a little more mustard-y, as the mustard's health benefits are what I wanted. However, it still smells great and I will buy it again.
