This mascara goes on easily and looks great. I have no problem with the bristle or packaging. Yet, I won't be buying this again. The reason is because I struggle too hard to get it off at the end of the day. I've tried various ways to wash if off. My organic face wash (which washes off all other mascaras I've used thus far, without black residue) leaves me with black mascara smudged under my eyes. Even when I use a make-up remover pad, I still end up with smudged mascara under my eyes after I've rinsed off the make-up remover with water. I have even pre-washed my face in the shower, ended up with black smudge which I then removed with eye make-up remover, just to find some more smudging when I rinsed my eyes with water. After all of this I normally wake up the following morning with new black smudging below my eyes. It is just too frustrating.
