The Bokashi system works really well, and I ended up getting it rather than a worm farm (not that those can't work together) or another composting system, as this allows me to also get rid of bones, onion scraps, etc which normal composting systems can't take. I'm very happy with this type of Bokashi wheat bran - a nice big packet that stores and dispenses easily.
