This is my favourite protein smoothie blend, whether after a work out, as a meal replacement, or even as a treat! This is my fav flavour out of all of them.
I like to make the smoothie bowl as directed and top with fruit and nuts. The only down side to this product is it has a high-ish sugar content... but that doesnt bother me too much!
