Theonista Kombucha DIY Kit

Product Review (submitted on 21 August 2018):: Good basic kit, 3L jars can easily be purchased at Mambo's for R39.99. Instructions are ok, but I read a lot online before I started to see what level of sterilisation of jars, bottles, utensils (don't use metal ones) was required. SA homes in winter are a bit cold for fermenting, so I kept a warm hot-water bottle & fleece on it. First batch came out well, 2nd just started!
