This stuff is fantastic. I am a woman in my 30s with occasional spots. When I see one appearing, I put this on before bed and it's noticeably improved by the morning.
I was concerned about the hygiene of the roller ball, so I don't apply it directly to the spot but rather to a clean finger which I then use on my face.
