the first bottle purchased was not effective and i couldn't understand why it received the rave reviews. Shortly after i initially commented i was contacted by Greenman to inquire why i didn't like the product and offered to send me a second bottle. I tried it for a second time and it definitely lived up to the hype. Cleaned heavily greased pans magically and left my bathroom sparkling. I have been converted. Thank you Greenman for such brilliant customer care.
