I've been wanting to make my own kombucha for months now, and I wish I had known how easy it was all this time! The starter kit is so easy to follow and since the scoby doesn't come de-hydrated like some other kits, you can start brewing your booch immediately. I've just finished my second ferment, one as is and one with added lemon and strawberries and it tastes GREAT! Thanks Theonista!
