I love this product. It has a lovely caramel sort of taste and I use it in smoothies but also in baking. I've used it to add sweetness to cream cheese frosting (instead of sugar of any kind) and I have used it in cheesecake as well. It lends itself well to adding natural sweetness to baking without using too much (I've only used 2 TBSP at a time) and is much healthier than sugar,
