Product Review (submitted on 21 June 2017):: I already had one of these from another purchase and decided to get a second one for when I do big frying events. This thing works great and I have trusted it for years now to get temp readings on all sorts of oil and grease. I would not recommend putting it into the dishwasher though, as just running it under water while washing it causes condensation to build up inside of it.
