I decided to give this try after doing research on which oils are best for acne prone skin - hemp seed oil has a good linoleic vs oleic ratio - and it seems it really has helped lower the severity of my breakouts (I still get spots but theyre much less likely to become inflamed and infected). I use it in the morning and its the first cream Ive used that hasnt caused me to breakout even worse and it keeps my skin soft, moist AND matt throughout the day. I love the smell too, it spreads well and I have a feeling its going to last awhile as I dont need a lot. To be honest, even if it doesnt stop my breakouts completely, at least it isnt causing any which is a HUGE relief.
