Product Review (submitted on 16 August 2011):: I love this product, it cleans well and the fragrance is not too strong. If your dishes have a slight white "powder" on them it might be because you're using too much of the washer for the amount of dishes in the washer. You don't need to use as much as you think. I fill the dispenser to the first line (not all the way) for a full load of rinsed out dishes.
