I have been colouring my hair for years (sadly - very early onset of grey), and I have to say a big thumbs down for this product.
Why?
Messy application - you need a bowl and brush. I wasn aware of this at the time of purchase - otherwise I wouldn have bought this.
I coloured my hair over a week ago and the colour is is still washing out. That is after I rinsed my hair for an hour till the water ran clear and then shampooed and conditioned.
After rinsing the colour out my hair was hard. Not even the conditioner softened it.
The 1 star is simply for the product being ammonia free and not stinking.
I really won be using this product again.
