As a newbie to coconut oil, I initially had no idea how to use it (I am a terrible cook - its a science that escapes my understanding), but as the days have gone on, I now use it in almost every dish I make and just about never use other oils, butter, etc for cooking. The texture is also amazing and I have been known to eat it straight out of the jar. It has no flavour or aroma, so don worry if you
