I have to disagree with the previous reviews. I love the Simply Bee Honey, normally purchase it from the market. Honey is like a wine, different plants, different area, and the result is a different taste. Fynbos Honey differs all year round due to the different plants the bees are getting there honey from. Round about January to April the honey can taste rather strong and become very dark too due to the Buchu plant that blossom during this time.
