I was very sad that my new tap broke off after just 5 days of use. The quality of this accessory has deteriorated markedly over the years. We have had our urn for 15 years now and our first tap lasted 10 years. Now I have lost 2 taps in less than 12 months. I do feel the supplier needs to look at this. Not at all a reflection on Faithful to Nature - your service is always tops.
