I stopped using oral contraceptive to control my hormonal acne several years ago. Hemp seed oil has been the only other thing that helps keep my hormonal acne at a manageable level.
Like seriously- this stuff is amazing. I used to take the oil directly with a spoon but that was just too much for me. I couldn stomach the taste and taking this pill has made that bearable.
