Used Bentonite Clay as a hair mask and have seen a real difference - gives the hair a thorough ‘detox’, removing build up and dirt. My hair is full and shiny for the first time in ages. I also use it to bath with when I feel I need a detox. The first time I bathed with it I was unprepared for the full effect ... I had a whopping headache the next day. So a warning ... drink lots of water and help your body out with light/healthy food and something like dandelion tea/milk thistle when you do!
