The cup looks lovely and if you are using for something cold, then it's wonderful; however, if you actually use it for coffee as advertised or anything hot it has a major problem in that the cup heats up beyond being able to hold it in your hand without an oven mitt! A simple addition of a silicone band around the actual cup would solve this ....
