The smell is hectic and some people dislike it more than other but this WORKS!!! I had a rash (fungal/bacterial) on just one finger and nothing works even the doc couldn help me. I put this on and it has all but cleared up, continued use will def sort it out. The smell is the smell of ozone, the smell after a lighting storm, very unique smell but you get used to it. just don stick it on your nose!
