- This Coconut oil it the best,I use it mostly for my afro and my legs, my legs are beautiful and glows, my hair is full of life and, oh occassionaly use it for cooking. So whenever i use it for hair and legs i take a clean kitchen spoon, scoop it out to different container, or just buy an additional bottle for kitchen use
