We battle with my toddler and his ability to focus as he literally gets out of control and you cannot get through to him when talking.
This helps relax him a bit to the point that he is aware when you talk to him and can play calmly
Does not make him sleepy or 'drug him up' that most OTC goodies do.
I use this with "Feelgood Focus" too
