I bought this product for my mother and she almost immediately experienced positive effects from this product. She was sleeping better, her overall mood improved and her stress levels dropped.
I also decided to give it a try and did find a slight improvement in my mood, stress levels and sleep. I found it to be especially helpful to combat insomnia when combined with chamomile tea.
