The Wazoogles protein shakes I feel are better value for money than the oats and the breakfast bombs. If you follow the smoothie instructions on the packet, you will end up with a roughly 500ml (!!) smoothie that is very nutritionally dense and satisfying/filling. This effectively serves as two separate meals for me - and I've got a big appetite for a lady.
Personally I prefer this coffee flavour to the chocolate moondust.
