Great product that works well in my dishwasher - wonderful to be able to use a product without any toxic chemicals to clean our eating utensils.

My first time purchasing the dishwashing liquid - and I am not thrilled yet on managing dishes in my automatic dishwasher. I do however enjoy it to use in normal dish washing (by hand). Not sure if I am using it incorrectly, so I could be wrong. Will give it some more time to get used to this one - so I am not saying no to this product just yet.

We rinse our dishes first and wash on a short cycle to save water. The product works well under those circumstances and I am a repeat customer.

This product does not work for me. Dishes are left half dirty every time . I tried different wash cycles... nothing helps. I never had a same problem with other dishwashing products .

I suggest soaking any heavily soiled dishes as I've found that sometimes there will be a dish or two that isn't 100% clean but generally it is a great product.
