Best low carb rusks

I love these rusks. The best tasting Banting (and non Banting actually) rusks that I’ve tried. And at a reasonable price compared to some other low carb rusks.

Best banting rusks l have found. Healthy (no sugar) and tasty (no aftertaste associated with artificial sweeteners) without the allergens associated with gluten. Winner!

Yum!!!! These are so delicious! I first found them in Cape Town but I live in Durban so when I discovered FTN stocked this product I literally bought 4 bags of them. I usually have them for breakfast.

I like the taste and crunch of these rusks, they make a great low carb treat with coffee. I found a slight oily aftertaste (I assume from the coconut) but it's an excellent substitute for normal rusks.
