This is the first MCT oil I have tried and I can really recommend it! Tasteless and effective. It has helped me focus better and I can even say it has had effects on my weight loss. I need a bigger bottle though, it doesn't last long enough.

I prefer the taste of this MCT Oil to the other one but what really sold me was the caption "A palm-oil free alternative to the original MCT formula from Lifematrix". It makes my heart happy. Would like to be able to buy it in a bigger quantity though as 250ml doesn't last long in our home.

I prefer this to the other one as it's less processed and more natural. Thanks for sourcing it. I would like the option to order in bigger bottle.
