My second order.
I find it effective for regulating digestion.
I use only 3 days in a row then take a break.
It has a pleasant taste; so I use it in smoothies or add it to yoghurt

I got this as a sample and put it in my oats and while I'm not sure when the health benefits will kick in I'm definitely loving the taste. Will definitely be putting it in my basket.

I bought this product to assist with good digestion and gut health. It is effective, but if taken for too many days, causes constipation.
It tastes really yummy so you can eat or drink it with anything.
I know it's very healthy, so I'm happy.

This is so good for you. I include it in my morning smoothies and two tablespoons in some almond or soy milk. The benefits are amazing. I can't do without it!

Nice taste. Good alternative to get proteins when everything else upset your stomach.
