Ceylon Cinnamon is the real deal. And this brand is by far the best I've used. It's a staple in my home and goes into most of my baking, tastes great in porridge, smoothies, desserts, P&J sandwiches and even my coffee or hot cacao. A winner hands down!

Love all the spices of Good Life, but especially the Cinnamon. We alternate between Good Life and Kalyan. Love both of the brands Cinnamon.

Has a stronger taste and flavour to regular store bought cinnamon. Can be used for a variety of preparations, even medicinal. Nice to explore the world of spices.
