I bought this to help sleep unfortunately it never arrived as it was out of stock and the supplier wasn't able to deliver on time. Faithful to Nature kindly refunded me immediately

It's calmed my daughter down a lot around bed time. I don't even give her that much, just a few sips of mine and she relaxes almost instantly. I also used it as a tea rinse. Was very happy with the results.

The tea is great for insomnia and helps with falling asleep and falling back to sleep quicker when waking during the night. The taste is a bit unpleasant, but not too bad when adding a rooibos tea bag and a bit of honey.

It takes some time to get used to the taste. But it works. Really helps to fall asleep and sleep well.

LOVE this product for getting to sleep. My Husband and I had a sugar rush way too late at night, and couldn't fall asleep for about three hours, finally decided to make this tea, and fell asleep within minutes! Saved us from being over-tired zombies the following day, and I have used it a few times after.

Its cheaper than most other sleep teas, but works really well. I felt drowsy after drinking it, and my muscles felt more relaxed and heavy.
