Great nutritious superfood. Is kind of ‘fizzy’ unusual taste. Best mixed in something like smoothie though can just use water - lots of options for ways of taking. Know of people that rave on it’s benefits and it does seem to feel like a boost.

I definitely would not drink this in a glass of water or milk...not pleasant tasting at all. But in a smoothie...perfect.
