Works in baking as sweetener but didn't like the aftertaste.

the mesquite powder has a sweet like caramel taste however, it does leave a horrible after taste to it. Other than that, it is quite nice in my morning oats.

This tasty product should definitely be bought in bulk - it lasts for a long time and it so yummy in oats, smoothies and any number of things that could do with a nourishing, organic, subtly sweet boost. A must have staple in the conscious kitchen’s pantry.

I was intrigued by this product - which you sent as a sample. So well done... it hooked me! I have used it in smoothies and even a chocolate mousse. Not quite sure how to use it effectively but will continue to explore. I love it that FtN introduces us to a whole new approach to living. Thank you.
