Most balsamic vinegars have preservatives or colourings in them, so I was so happy to find an organic one. I have been using this one brand for a while now, and it will stay a favourite household staple.

As good as any other balsamic vinegar... Love blending it with olive oil and cayenne pepper and soaking it up with crusty bread. Tasty and healthy!
