I have used this product now for almost a month and it works so much better than any other form of protein for my body. It is very viscous compared to other proteins. I use pea protein 3 times a day for extra protein as im sensitive to dairy. I find it promotes lean muscle growth. I add a bit of Future Life for taste and glutamine for better muscle recovery and im good to go.
