Orgran No Egg (Egg Replacer)

Orgran No Egg contains no cholesterol, no lactose and no egg! It can be used in cakes, meringues or to make egg free mayonnaise. It is also great as a pantry fill as each packet has the equivalent of 66 eggs. You will never run out of eggs again!

This works really well. I don't always have egg alternatives in the house that suit the dish I'm making or baking but this product works for all recipes I've tried.

I was a little skeptical, but this product does work. Not quite the same as using real eggs, but certainly a good alternative.
