This mouthwash does basically taste like salt but salt washes are amazing and this also has the added benefits of great dental ingredients. Pleasant sweet taste when rinsing and no major taste afterwards but a very clean tasting and feeling mouth with smooth teeth. It does dissolve in cold water. I gargled with a strong dose of this now with tonsilitis and found it really made a significant difference.
