Start your day the right way with this NuMe low carb cereal blend. This instant cereal includes their favourite milled seeds and nuts: Almond, Sunflower, Flax and Coconut. Just add your choice of ‘milk’ and sweetener and enjoy all the wonderful benefits of these naturally gluten free ingredients. The almond flour NuMe use in this Low Carb Cereal is high in protein and fibre but low in carbohydrates and calories, as is coconut flour. Sunflower seed flour is full of magnesium, selenium and vitamin E. Flax seeds are naturally gluten-free, and also a complete protein that’s suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

We have it with organic coconut milk, and often add chia seeds or pure almond butter, plus cinnamon and a bit of honey. Would love to have it available in bulk, at a slightly better price...
Tasty low carb cereal

I was not sure what to expect with this cereal. To me it tastes very similar to Pronutro, which I enjoy. Mixed with a spoon of ghee and water makes a very tasty and filling low carb breakfast.
