It's organic, the container is dark - which lengthens the shelf-life of the product, it's natural and cold pressed. The oil is moisturizing, whilst being non-greasy. For extra moisture, I would add a bit of organic argon oil. The colour is a reddish-orange, which confirms the quality of the oil. A low-quality rosehip oil would normally be yellow or clear. Having a very fair skin tone, the orange is quite visible on my face and for that reason I can only wear it at night. I wake up with a bit of a glow and a smooth skin, though. It absorbs quickly into the skin, and calmed down my rosacea-prone skin right from the first application. I have seen how this oil has already healed marks, evened out pigmentation and blotchy spots on his complexion (he gets burnt by the sun a lot as he works outside).
