Dark Muscovado sugar is an essential baking ingredient in cakes, brownies, marinades, and anywhere you would relish the unmistakable flavour of molasses. Natura Sugars fine-grained product is 100% natural and unrefined, making it coarser and stickier than traditional brown sugars. Muscovado comes from the Spanish word “mascabado,” meaning unprocessed. Since it is closer to the source, it brings you the nutritional profile of sugarcane juice as well as the distinct flavour and colour which is lost in the widely available refined table sugars. Muscovado production is also free from the harmful chemicals and environmental impact of refined sugars.

I love this product and actually all the other baking products, the icing sugar, castor sugar from Natura. I love they are not so processed, no harmful ingredients, non gmo. Now i can bake with a good conscience and they taste fantastic too!! Thank you Natura!

my husband absolutely loves this sugar. He has it in coffee and eats it by the spoonful. I have hidden it to the back of the cupboard otherwise its gone in a flash!!!.
